For 18 years, Axis has led the way in inbuilt fireplaces, combining sleek design with precision steel fireboxes. In contrast to traditional cast iron fireplaces, Axis offers a modern architectural aesthetic built to last.

Axis has led innovation in inbuilt fireplaces with designs that blend sleek minimalism and functional elegance. Each unit features frameless glass and clean steel lines that integrate seamlessly into modern interiors. The result is an architectural focal point that elevates a living space with presence and performance.

Every Axis fireplace is handcrafted in France, where traditional techniques meet precision engineering. Laser-cut steel frames are welded with expert care to prevent warping, ensuring a flawless, enduring form. Advanced DAFS technology introduces fresh air into the combustion chamber, promoting cleaner glass, longer fires, and efficient fuel use. Hand-assembled refractory bricks retain heat, radiating warmth after the fire has settled. Select models offer three-sided panoramic views, inviting light and warmth into multiple angles of the room and establishing the fireplace as both a source of heat and a sculptural centrepiece.
Each Axis fireplace is meticulously crafted in France by skilled artisans, blending traditional techniques with advanced technology. This dedication ensures exceptional quality, precision, and a truly luxurious fireplace experience.
An optional extra outside air connection is recommended for a 6+ star rated or tightly sealed home. Where oxygen is drawn from the outside and through the DAFS for combustion. This proves better efficiency and more effective combustion. thus not affecting the air quality in your home.
The Axis range embodies modernism with its sleek, frameless linear designs. These fireplaces seamlessly blend into contemporary spaces, offering minimalist sophistication and a bold architectural statement for the modern home.
Our Axis fireplaces feature advanced DAFS technology, which introduces oxygen directly into the firebox to burn off gases, reducing emissions released through the flue system. This results in longer burn times, cleaner glass, and highly efficient firewood combustion.

Selected Axis inbuilt wood fireplaces are equipped with DAFS (Double Air Flow System) technology with the aim to inject oxygen at a determined level inside of the combustion chamber. The supply of new oxygen will burn the gases and smoke that has not yet been burnt and prevent them from being released into the flue system.
All Axis fireplaces are made up of manually assembled interlocking refractory bricks. This method avoids dilatation by encouraging uniform and extended heat accumulation. During a fire in an Axis wood fireplace, the bricks (which are baked at 1350°C during manufacturing) will be heated to a temperature of 600°C. When the fire has dissipated the heat retained inside the bricks will generally take about 10 hours to cool down. This allows Axis fireplaces to have a large, long lasting heating capacity well after the fire has ceased.
All Axis inbuilt wood fireplaces are equipped with Post Combustion technology with the aim to inject oxygen at a determined level inside of the combustion chamber. The supply of new oxygen will burn the gases and smoke that has not yet been burnt and prevent them from being released into the flue system.
Better efficiency, recommended for 6 star rated homes or homes that are tightly sealed, no oxygen drawn from inside your home
